摘要
文章以南京农业大学食品科技学院全日制食品工程专业学位研究生为例,从优化课程设置、明确培养目标,建立差别化的培养模式、强化实践意识,创新校企联合的协同培养模式、深化校企合作内涵三方面进行探索,提出特色化专业型人才培养模式,为目前逐步扩大的全日制专业学位研究生培养提供有益尝试。
Taking full-time graduates majoring in food engineering in the college of Food Science and Technology of Nanjing Agricultural University as an example,this paper explores the characteristics from three aspects:optimizing the curriculum,defining the training objectives,establishing the differentiated training mode,strengthening the practical consciousness,innovating the cooperative training mode of college-enterprise alliance and deepening the connotation of college-enterprise cooperation.The training mode of specialized personnel provides a beneficial attempt for the gradual expansion of full-time professional degree postgraduates training.
