全方位密集运动训练对痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿痉挛及运动状态的影响

摘要
目的探讨全方位密集运动训练对痉挛型脑性瘫痪(SCP)患儿痉挛及运动状态的影响。方法选取2015年3月—2018年3月收治的SCP患儿100例,依据随机数字表法分为全练组和常规组各50例,常规组给予常规康复治疗,全练组在此基础上给予全方位密集运动训练,比较2组痉挛及运动状态、生活能力。结果全练组痉挛改善有效率(88.00%)明显高于常规组(64.00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);全练组和常规组治疗1、3个月后粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)得分明显高于治疗前,全练组治疗1、3个月后GMFM、BBS、ADL得分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论全方位密集运动训练可有效改善SCP患儿痉挛及运动状态,有利于提高患儿的生活能力,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of intensive therapy program on the spasticity and motor state in children with spastic cerebral palsy(SCP).Methods 100 children with SCP were selected from March,2015 to March,2018,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a full training group and a routine group,50 cases in each.The routine group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,the full training group was given intensive therapy program on the basis of that.The spasticity and motor state,living ability of the two groups were compared.Results The convulsion improving effective rate in the full training group was 88.00%,significantly higher than that in the routine group's(64.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The 1 and 3 months after-treatment gross motor function scale(GMFM),berg balance scale(BBS),daily life ability scale(ADL) scores in the full training group and routine group were significantly higher than those in the before treatment,the 1 and 3 months after treatment GMFM,BBS,ADL scores in the full training group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Intensive therapy program can effectively improve the spasticity and motor state of children with SCP,it is helpful in improving the living ability of children,it is thus worth further clinical promotion.
