摘要
自"工业4.0""智能制造2025"等战略相继提出后,工业机器人在制造业中发挥出越来越重要的作用。论文对搬运码垛行业常用的四轴机器人进行了三维建模,并通过软件仿真,对机器人在某一特定条件下结构件的运动进行了分析,并根据分析结果对相关设计参数进行了优化,该分析方法可在四连杆机构机器人设计阶段提供参考。
Since "Industrial 4.0" and "Intelligent Manufacturing 2025" and other strategies have been put forward, industrial robots have begun to play a more and more important role in the manufacturing industry. In this paper, three-dimensional modeling of four-axis robots commonly used in the industry of handling and palletizing has been carried out, and through the software simulation, the movement of the robot structure under a certain condition is analyzed, and the relevant design parameters are optimized according to the analysis results. The analysis method can be used as a reference in the design of four-bar linkage robot.
