从体用关系分析《黄帝内经》中五脏理论的框架结构

摘要
通过对中医经典著作《黄帝内经》中关于五脏之解剖基础、阴阳属性、五行属性、生理功能、生理特性、形窍志液时及脏腑关系范畴相关内容进行系统梳理,分析中医早期的五脏理论纵向层次结构,并进一步应用体用关系对中医五脏理论的框架结构进行深入剖析。认为这一框架结构更好地反映了中医五脏理论的范畴、概念的层级关系与逻辑关系,而意象思维在《黄帝内经》时期中医五脏理论框架结构构建中发挥了重要作用,为更加深刻地理解中医理论体系的原创思维、学术内涵以及发展规律,更好地促进中医理论的传承、创新、发展奠定了重要基础。
Through the systematic combing of the anatomical basis,the yin and yang attributes,the five elements attributes,the physiological functions,the physiological characteristics,the form,orifices,emotion,fluid and time,and the relationship between zang-fu viscera of five zang viscera in the classics of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor(《黄帝内经》),the vertical hierarchy of the five zang organs theory at the early stage of Chinese medicine was analyzed,and further to conduct in-depth analysis of the framework of TCM five zang organs theory.It is believed that this framework structure better reflects the hierarchical relationship and the logical relationship of the scope and concepts of five zang organs theory in TCM.Imagery thinking plays an important role in the construction of the framework of the five zang organs theory of TCM in the period of Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,laying an important foundation for more deeply understanding the original thinking,academic connotation and development law of the theoretical system of TCM,better promoting the inheritance,innovation and development of TCM theory.
