摘要
《关于修改〈中华人民共和国民办教育促进法〉的决定》通过后,其已经成为了指导民办高校发展的指向标,其对民办高校的发展环境、发展目标、发展方式具有重要的影响作用。本文立足民办教育促进法分类管理视角,从民办高校发展需求出发,就如何强化师资队伍建设进行探讨。希望通过本文的研究能够进一步推动民办高校的健康发展。
After the adoption of the Decision on Amending the Law of the People's Republic of China on Promoting Private Education, it has become a guiding target for the development of private colleges and universities, which has an important impact on the development environment, development goals and development modes of private colleges and universities. Based on the perspective of classified management of private education promotion law,this paper discusses how to strengthen the construction of teachers from the perspective of the development needs of private colleges and universities. It is hoped that this study can further promote the healthy development of private colleges and universities.
