整体护理对降低脊柱肿瘤术后患者相关并发症及焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

摘要
目的研究整体护理对降低脊柱肿瘤术后患者相关并发症及焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选择我院2012年3月-2018年1月诊断的脊柱肿瘤术后的患者140例,根据入院的顺序随机分为2组,各70例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用整体护理干预,2周后,比较2组护理后并发症发生率、患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及对护理质量的满意度。结果观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论整体护理可降低脊柱肿瘤术后并发症的发生率及患者焦虑、抑郁的情绪,临床疗效显著。
Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing on reducing complications, anxiety and depression in patients with postoperative spinal tumors. Methods A total of 140 patients who had been diagnosed in our hospital from March 2012 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission with 70 cases in each group. The control group was given general nursing intervention, and the observation group recieved the overall nursing intervention. After 2 weeks, the incidence of complications, anxiety, depression and satisfaction of the nursing quality were compared. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of holistic nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with spinal tumor surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, anxiety and depression in patients.
