电厂锅炉泄漏原因分析及处理对策
摘要
随着经济的快速发展,人们日常用电量的需求也在逐渐的增加,国内很多发电厂锅炉的质量和功能都有了巨大的改善。众所周知,锅炉是发电厂的重要技术设备,电厂锅炉的稳定运行是发电厂正常生产的基础和前提,能够直接的影响到发电厂的社会效益和经济效益,更关乎到发电厂的运营安全。因此在日常生产中,相关人员应该密切关注电厂锅炉的运行情况。电厂锅炉最为常见的故障之一就是锅炉泄漏,严重影响了电厂生产运行安全,也对电厂的经济利益和社会声誉造成极大影响,基于此文章对电厂锅炉泄漏的主要原因进行了分析,并结合电厂实际情况总结归纳了电厂锅炉泄漏采取的处理措施,希望能够通过文章的研究给相关技术人员一定的建议,进而更好的提升电厂锅炉的运行质量。
With the rapid development of economy, the demand for daily electricity consumption is gradually increasing, and the quality and function of boilers in many power plants in China have been greatly improved. As is known to all, boiler is an important technical equipment of power plant. The stable operation of power plant boiler is the basis and premise of normal production of power plant, which can directly affect the social and economic benefits of power plant. It is more related to the operation safety of the power plant. Therefore, in daily production, the relevant personnel should pay close attention to the operation of power plant boilers.One of the most common faults of power plant boiler is boiler leakage, which not only seriously affects the safety of power plant production and operation, but also has a great impact on the economic interests and social reputation of power plant. Based on this,this paper analyzes the main causes of boiler leakage in power plant, and summarizes the treatment measures of boiler leakage in power plant according to the situation of power plant, in the hope of giving some suggestions to the relevant technical personnel through the research of this paper and improve the operation quality of power plant boilers.
