摘要
有效提高蓝莓嫩枝扦插成活率对蓝莓产业的发展具有重要意义。以园蓝、灿烂、薄雾、顶峰、梯芙蓝等5个常见蓝莓品种为供试材料,研究用不同激素种类、含量及不同激素配比、不同扦插基质对其生根率的影响。结果表明,用200 mg/L的生根粉处理嫩枝插穗2 h后将园蓝、灿烂、薄雾、顶峰和梯芙蓝分别扦插在混合基质中,其生根率分别为70.67%,54%,49.33%,41.33%和34.67%;根据生根率和根系构型结果,泥炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩为1∶1∶1的基质最佳,泥炭∶蛭石为1∶1的基质次之。在以灿烂为试材进行的深入试验中发现,插穗扦插的生根率以中段的为最好(64.67%),而下段和上段生根率分别为34.67%和25.33%;从激素处理角度来看,以NAA∶IBA=2∶1的处理生根率最高(78.67%),且其总根长、总表面积、根尖数等性状明显优于其他激素处理。
        Effectively improving the rooting rate of blueberry softwood cuttings is of great significance to the development of the blueberry industry. In this experiment, five common blueberry varieties, such as Gardenblue, Britewell, Misty, Climax and Tifblue, were used as materials to study the effects of different hormone kinds, different hormone contents and different hormone proportions treatments,and different cutting substrates on the rooting rate of softwood cutting. The results showed that treating shoots with 200 mg/L rooting powder for 2 h, the Gardenblue, Britewell, Misty, Climax and Tifblue were cut respectively in a mixed matrix, the rooting rates were70.67%, 54%, 49.33%, 41.33% and 34.67%, respectively. According to the results of rooting rate and root architecture, peat ∶vermiculite∶perlite=1∶1∶1 was the mixed matrix, followed by peat∶vermiculite=1∶1. In an in-depth experiment conducted with Britewell, it was found that the rooting rate of cuttings was the best in the middle segment(64.67%), while the rooting of the lower segment and the upper segment were 34.67% and 25.33%, respectively. From the perspective of hormone treatments, the rooting rate was the highest(78.67%)with NAA∶IBA=2∶1, and its total root length, total surface area, number of apical roots and other traits were significantly better than other hormone treatments.
