住院产妇对产房护士服务满意度现状调查及影响因素分析

摘要
目的:了解厦门市某三甲医院住院产妇对产房护士护理服务满意度现状并分析其影响因素,为提高产房护理服务质量、优化护理服务流程提供依据。方法:采用自行设计问卷对厦门市某三甲医院的200例住院产妇进行满意度问卷调查,并采用SPSS 17.0统计软件对所收集的数据进行分析。结果:住院产妇对产房护士工作满意度均在82.5%以上,尤其是在产后康复指导、护士在分娩前后协助产妇饮食排便及护士对分娩疼痛的指导等方面的满意度较高,而在护士对陪产家属的指导、操作前后目的和注意事项的告知、护士主动关心和巡视情况等方面的满意度需要提高。单因素分析结果表明,年龄、分娩方式、家庭年收入、文化程度对产妇的满意度有较大影响(P<0.05)。结论:为提高住院产妇对产房护士服务满意度,应从护士对陪产家属的指导、操作前后目的和注意事项的告知等方面做出改进,进而有效提高产科医疗服务质量。
Objective:To understand the status of satisfaction of nursing care service for nurses in a grade-A tertiary Hospital in Xiamen and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for improving the quality of nursing care services and optimizing the nursing service process.Method:A selfdesigned questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 200 hospitalized delivery women in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Xiamen,and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Result:The hospitalized women's satisfaction with the delivery room nurses was above 82.5%,especially in the postpartum rehabilitation guidance,the nurses assist the maternal diet defecation before and after childbirth,and the nurses had higher satisfaction in the guidance of childbirth pain,while terms of family members guidance,pre and post-operational goals and precautions,nurses' active care and patrols needed to be improved.Univariate analysis showed that age,mode of delivery,annual family income,and education level had a greater impact on maternal satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to improve the satisfaction of hospitalized women in the delivery room nurses,the nurses should improve the guidance of the family members,the purpose before and after the operation,and the notices,so as to effectively improve the quality of the obstetric medical services.
