冠心病心肌重构的研究进展

摘要
近些年来研究表明心肌梗死后心脏重构的现象严重,包括结构重构,心电重构,神经重构等。在急性心肌梗死幸存人群中,仍有多数人因致命性心律失常或难治性心力衰竭而死亡。心肌梗死后,心脏发生了诸多病理生理变化,有研究表明炎性因子过度激活、各种离子通道蛋白的异常,以及信号通路的改变促进了心肌各种重构现象的发生。
        In recent years,numerous studies have shown that cardiac remodeling after myocardial infarction( MI) is a serious phenomenon,including structural remodeling,atrial electrical remodeling( AER),and neural remodeling. Most of the survivors of acute MI still die of fatal arrhythmias or refractory heart failure. MI leads to a variety of pathophysiological changes in the heart. Th studies have shown that excessive activation of inflammatory factors,abnormalities of various ion channel proteins,as well as the changes of signaling pathways promote various myocardial remodeling.
