广西气象短信网页系统二次开发本地化的实现

摘要
"广西气象短信系统"WEB平台是共享使用的,存在本地业务应用过程中存在"操作麻烦,需要发布时间较长"的缺陷,所以提出进行二次程序开发,解决以上问题。利用命令按钮控制编程方法进行程序开发,用界面编程软件控制流程和选取发布单位、链接传送平台、建立WEB字符快速传送通道进行二次本地化应用的短信发布平台编程,开发出一个"操作方便、快速发布,容易后期管理"的钦州市气象短信发布平台系统。其中网页发布平台二次开发过程中主要出现的问题及相应方法,可供类似网页链接开发设计做参考研究。
Guangxi Meteorological Message WEB System is a platform shared used, which has some defects for localization application process, such as troublesome operation and long release time. Hence,we need to have a secondary development to solve the problems above. The secondary development is developed by using command button control programming method, it uses interface programming softwares to control the process and select the publishing units, linking the transport platform and establishing the WEB character fast transmission channel for secondary localization applications of SMS publishing platform programming, so that a meteorological SMS release platform system of Qinzhou can be developed,which is easy to operate, fast released and easy to manage in later stage. In addition, the corresponding methods in programming during the secondary development in this paper can provide references for similar web page link developments and designs.
