摘要
为了在不拆卸机载电路板FPGA系统片外存储器的前提下备份其内部数据,防止维修该类板件时对其产生损坏风险,通过利用电路板原有硬件资源研究了一种数据备份方法。基于SOPC技术在目标板件FPGA配置各类NiosⅡ处理器系统组件并配置相应引脚搭建片上系统,在上位机NiosⅡ处理器集成开发环境中编写调试应用程序,读取FPGA片外存储器整片数据并将数据通过JTAG UART串口上传至上位机。实验结果表明,该方法无需进行器件拆焊,无硬件资源开销,操作速度快,数据备份可靠,同时开发周期短,可移植性强,能够针对不同板件快速进行适应性修改。本研究对该类航空产品电路板的深修有重要指导意义。
        In order to backup its internal data without disassemble the off-chip memory of airborne circuit board, to prevent the risk of damage during repairing this kind of board,a data backup method is studied by using the original hardware resources. Based on SOPC, various Nios Ⅱ processor system components and the corresponding pins were configured to set up the SOC in FPGA on target board. The application software was written and debugged in the integrated development environment of Nios Ⅱ. The whole chip data of off-chip memory and were read and sent to PC by JTAG UART. The experimental results show that this method does not need to disassemble chips and does not require hardware resources, and has fast operation speed and reliable data backup. At the same time, the development cycle is short, the portability is strong, and the adaptive modification can be quickly performed for different boards. This research has important guidance for the deep repair of this kind of aviation product circuit board.
