血小板参数及凝血功能变化对妊娠期高血压患者病情的影响

摘要
目的分析血小板参数及凝血功能变化对妊娠期高血压患者病情的影响。方法选取我院收治的40例妊娠高血压患者作为A组,选取40例子痫前期患者作为B组,选取40例正常晚期妊娠产妇作为对照组。比较三组的血小板参数及凝血功能变化,分析其与患者病情严重程度的关系。结果与对照组比较,A组、B组的TT、APTT、PT水平明显较低,而FIB水平明显较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组和B组的TT、FIB水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组和A组比较,B组的PDW、MPV均明显较高,PLT明显较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床可通过检测妊娠期高血压患者的血小板参数和凝血功能来判断其病情严重程度,对预防严重并发症、确保母婴健康具有重要价值。
Objective To analyze the influence of changes of platelet parameters and blood coagulation function on patients with gestational hypertension. Methods 40 cases of patients with gestational hypertension were selected as group A, 40 cases of patients with preeclampsia were selected as group B, and 40 cases of puerperas with normal late pregnancy were selected as control group. The changes of platelet parameters and blood coagulation function were compared among three groups, and the relationship with the severity of patients' desease was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the TT, APTT and PT levels of group A and group B were significantly lower, the FIB levels were significantly higher, with statistical differences(P <0.05). Statistical difference was found in the TT and FIB levels between group A and group B(P <0.05). Compared with control group and group A, the PDW and MPV of group B were significantly higher, the PLT was significantly lower, with statistical differences(P <0.05). Conclusions The detection of platelet parameters and blood coagulation function of patients with gestational hypertension can determine the disease severity, which has important value in preventing the serious complications and ensuring the maternal and child's health.
