摘要

北京地区高校众多,科技资源聚集,为更好发挥北京高校在科技创新中心建设中的作用,分析2010—2016年北京高校在研究与试验发展人员、研究与试验发展经费内部支出、发明专利授权、专利所有权转让及许可等方面的数据,探究北京高校参与科技创新中心建设的问题与现状,给出有针对性的建议。
        There are many colleges and universities in Beijing,science and technology resource gather,in order to better play the role of Beijing colleges and universities in science and technology innovation center construction,R&D personnel,input of R&D funds,authorization of invention patent,transfer of patent ownership and license of Beijing colleges and universities from 2010 to 2016 were analyzed,problems and status quo of Beijing colleges and universities participating in the construction of science and technology innovation center were explored,targeted suggestions were given.
