无理论刃形误差插齿刀设计方法

摘要
针对现行插齿刀存在的理论齿形误差,以及刃磨后加工精度一致性差的问题,提出了一种无理论刃形误差的渐开线齿轮插齿刀设计方法。依据齿轮啮合原理,建立了虚拟齿轮齿面的数学模型;采用球面作为前刀面,建立能够同时满足直齿及斜齿插齿刀设计要求的前刀面数学模型;通过虚拟齿轮齿面与前刀面求交,获得无理论刃形误差的切削刃;为保证刃磨后加工精度的一致性,以多条无理论刃形误差切削刃构造插齿刀后刀面;最后用设计实例证明了该设计方法的可行性和优越性。
        In view of such problems as theoretical errors of teeth and inaccurate consistency after resharpening of current shaping cutters, a cutting-edge design method for involute gear sharper cutters free from theoretical errors is proposed. According to the principle of gear engagement, a mathematical model of virtual gear teeth surface is established. Then, with the sphere surface as the rake face, a mathematical model of the rake face is established, in order to meet the design requirements of both straight-teeth shaping cutters and helical-teeth shaping cutters. Then, the gear shaping cutter free from theoretical errors of cutting edge is obtained by surface intersection of the virtual gear teeth surface and the rake face. To ensure the accurate consistency after resharpening, the flank face is constructed by a series of cutting edges free from theoretical errors. Finally, a design example is provided to verify the feasibility and advantages of the method.
