油气站场加热炉除尘脱硫工艺研究

摘要
随着人们环境保护意识的日益加强,国家烟气污染物排放标准也日益提高。油气站场加热炉燃用的燃料大部分为站内未经过处理的伴生气或原油,部分加热炉的烟尘和SO_2的排放超标,同时目前国内外尚未出现针对油气站场加热炉除尘脱硫的成熟工艺。因此,研究一套适合油气站场加热炉烟气除尘脱硫的工艺技术势在必行。主要通过对适合油气站场加热炉除尘脱硫工艺设备的研究,并结合华北油田榆一站的工程实例,研究除尘脱硫工艺系统工艺流程,阐述主要设计要点,以期为以后科学合理设计油气站场除尘脱硫工艺、解决油气站场加热炉烟气排放超标难题提供借鉴和参考。
        With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,the national emission standards of flue gas pollutants are increasingly improved. Most of the fuel used in the heaters of oil & gas station is the unprocessed associated gas or crude oil in the station,and some of the heater smoke dust and sulfur dioxide emissions of the heaters are over-discharged. At present,there is no mature technology of the heater desulphurization and dusting removal for oil & gas station at home and abroad. Therefore,it is imperative to study a set of technologies suitable for the desulphurization and dust removal of the flue gas of oil & gas station heater. This paper mainly focuses on the heater desulfurization and dust removal equipment of oil &gas station. Combined with Huabei oilfield Yuyi station project,this paper studies the technological process of desulphurization and dust removal process,and elaborates the main points of design,so as to provide reference for scientific and reasonable design of oil & gas station dust removal desulfurization process,and for solving the issue of excessive gas emission in the heater of oil & gas station.
