摘要
动车车轴采用EA4T钢,是承受车体重量和载荷的重要部件,车轴表面存在的残余应力,会在车轴后续的加工制造过程中造成变形和开裂等损伤。为研究车轴磨削过程中产生的残余应力,本文设计了磨削实验,测量了采用不同磨削参数下各个试样的残余应力,并分析了磨削残余应力随不同磨削参数的变化趋势,找出对残余应力影响最大的参数。
T he axle of the high speed train made of EA4 T steel, and it is an important part to bear the body weight and load is an important component to bear the weight and of the vehicle body.The residual stress on the surface of the axle will cause deformation,cracking and other damages in the subsequent processing and manufacturing of the axle.For the study of residual stress in the process of grinding axle.In this paper,the grinding experiment is designed and the residual stress of each sample under different grinding parameters is measured,and the change trend of the grinding residual stress with different grinding parameters is analyzed,and the parameters which have the greatest influence on the residual stress are found out.
