摘要
通过研究乙丙橡胶(EPR)滑动套管材料的配方,考察了炭黑、氧化钙、补强填料的用量对滑动套管性能的影响;并对与套管配合的无卤无溶剂型胶黏剂进行研究,具体分析了其硫化体系、硫化粘合方案及管材表面粗糙度对滑动套管产品粘合强度的影响。结果表明:当炭黑用量为30份,补强填料为100份,干燥剂为9份时,套管基本性能及加工性能最佳;在一定的表面粗糙度下,胶黏剂粘合强度越高、硫化速率越快,其粘接效果越好,最大粘合强度可达到3.3 k N/m。同时,通过成品性能测试和模拟实际使用情况表明,按此配方和工艺生产的滑动套管产品可满足使用性能要求。
        The formulas of ethylene propylene rubber(EPR) sliding sleeve material were studied, and the effects of carbon black, calcium oxide, and reinforcing fillers on the performance of sliding sleeve were investigated. Then the non-halogen and solvent-free adhesive cooperated with sleeve was studied, and the influences of vulcanization system, vulcanization bonding scheme, and surface roughness on the bonding strength of sliding sleeve products were specifically analyzed. The results show that when the amount of carbon black is 30 parts, the reinforcing filler is 100 parts, and the desiccant is 9 parts, the basic properties and processability of sleeve are the best. Under certain surface roughness, the higher the adhesive strength and the faster the vulcanization rate, the better the bonding effect, and the maximum bonding strength attains 3.3 k N/m. At the same time, through the performance test and the simulation of practical using status of finished product, it shows that the sliding sleeve products manufactured by this formula and process can meet the performance requirements.
