摘要
目的对多媒体训练与传统遮盖疗法治疗儿童弱视的效果进行观察比较。方法 90例(共154只患眼)弱视患儿,随机分为参照组(43例, 77只患眼)和研讨组(47例, 77只患眼)。参照组采用传统遮盖疗法治疗,研讨组采用多媒体训练治疗。观察比较两组治疗前后视力水平和视觉诱发电位振幅、潜时以及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组的视力水平及视觉诱发电位振幅、潜时比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的诱发电位潜时、振幅及视力水平均优于治疗前,且研讨组诱发电位潜时、振幅及视力水平均优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研讨组治疗总有效率94.81%(73/77)显著高于参照组的77.92%(60/77),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体训练相较于传统遮盖疗法治疗儿童弱视,更容易被患儿所接受,能够获得更为理想的效果。
        Objective To observe and compare the effect of multimedia training and traditional occlusion therapy on the treatment of amblyopia in children. Methods A total of 90 amblyopia children(154 involved eyes) were randomly divided into control group(43 cases, 77 involved eyes) and study group(47 cases, 77 involved eyes). The control group received traditional occlusion therapy, and the study group received multimedia training. Observation and comparison were made on visual acuity and visual evoked potential amplitude, latent time and clinical efficacy before and after treatment between the two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in visual acuity and visual evoked potential amplitude, latent time(P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had better evoked potential latent time, amplitude, and visual acuity was better than those before treatment, and the study group had better evoked potential latent time, amplitude, and visual acuity than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The study group had significantly higher total treatment effective rate as 94.81%(73/77) than 77.92%(60/77) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional occlusion therapy, multimedia training therapy is more acceptable to children with amblyopia, and can achieve more ideal effect.
