“加压法”在手术室年轻护士培养中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨"加压法"在培养手术室年轻护理人员中的方法和效果。方法:对手术室年轻护士从理论学习、操作培训、训练考核3大板块进行全方位"加压法"培训,考核培训后效果。结果:培训后,手术室年轻护士在技术操作、发现问题、解决问题、配合协调能力方面得分均高于培训前,专科技能、急救技能、理论知识考核成绩均高于培训前,培训后手术室医生对手术室护理工作的满意率高于培训前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"加压法"可以有效的提高手术室年轻护士的综合能力,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of stress increment method in training young nurses in operating room.Method:The effect was evaluated after the young nurses in operating room were trained in theory,manipulation and examination with the stress increment method.Result:After training,the scores of technical operation,discovering problems,solve problems and coordinated ability were higher than before training,the grades of specialist skill,emergency skill and assessment of the theoretical knowledge were all higher than before training.The satisfaction rate of surgeons to the nursing work after training was higher than that before training,the differences above were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The stress increment method can improve the comprehensive ability of young nurses in operating room effectively and is worthy of generalization.
