摘要
颅咽管瘤及其治疗会导致50%的患者出现下丘脑性肥胖,目前认为肥胖的形成主要与下丘脑损伤有关。Nesfatin-1作为一种新型饱腹因子,广泛地分布在中枢神经系统和外周组织中,尤其是在下丘脑、垂体、肝和脂肪组织中大量表达。近年研究显示Nesfatin-1在消化、内分泌、精神等多系统中发挥重要作用,但其作用机制尚未完全明确。本文综述了nesfatin-1的发现、结构、组织分布和调节能量代谢的环路,以期为下丘脑性肥胖的防控提供理论依据。
        Craniopharyngioma and its treatment can cause hypothalamic obesity in 50% of patients.It is currently believed that the formation of obesity is mainly related to hypothalamic injury.As a novel satiety factor,Nesfatin-1 is widely distributed in the central nervous system and peripheral tissues, especially in the hypothalamus, pituitary, liver and adipose tissue. Recent studies have shown that nesfatin-l plays an important role in digestive, endocrine, and mental systems, but its mechanism of action has not been fully defined. This article reviews the discovery, structure, tissue distribution and regulation of energy metabolism in nesfatin-1,with the aim to provide theory evidence for hypothalamic obesity.
