摘要

叶天士继承和发展《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)"天人相应"的思想,将"四时节律"运用至临床实践。本文通过分析叶天士《临证指南医案》中相关医案,对"四时节律"在分析病因病机、指导选方用药、预测疾病转归及养生调护等4个方面的运用进行了探讨。
        YE Tian-shi has sprung from and developed the thought"Correspondence between Man and Nature"in the Inner Canon of Huangdi and apply"the rhythms of the four seasons"to the clinic. This paper references related medical cases in YE Tian-shi's Guide to Clinical Case to discuss "the rhythms of the four seasons"application in four aspects which etiology and pathogenesis,guide prescription medication,inferred disease outcomes and rejuvenating treatment.
