孕期营养干预及体质量管理对妊娠结局的影响

摘要
目的分析孕期营养干预及体质量管理对妊娠结局的影响。方法随机从我院2015年8月—2018年2月收治的孕产妇中抽取800例进行回顾分析,用随机数字法分为两组,对照组400例孕期接受常规干预方式普及产科相关知识,研究组400例孕期接受孕期营养干预及体质量管理,观察比较分析干预效果和妊娠结局。结果研究组不良妊娠结局率7.50%,低于对照组的45.00%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。比较两组孕妇孕期BMI指数,孕早期时,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),孕12周、28周、36周、分娩时,研究组BMI指数低于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论建议将孕期营养干预和体质量管理应用于产妇孕期中,确保孕期平衡摄入营养,合理控制体质量增长速度,可确保妊娠结局良好。
Objective To analyze and discuss the influence of nutritional intervention and weight management during pregnancy in pregnancy outcome. Methods 800 cases of pregnant women who treated in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2018 were selected and were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into two groups by random number method. 400 cases in the control group were received routine intervention during pregnancy to popularize obstetrics related knowledge, while the 400 cases in study group were received gestational nutritional intervention and weight management during pregnancy. Then, the intervention effects and the outcome of pregnancy were compared and analyzed. Results The adverse pregnancy outcome rate in the study group was 7.50%, which was lower than that in the control group of 45.00%, and the data between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The pregnancy BMI index of two groups of pregnant women were compared, and there was no significant difference between the groups at the beginning of pregnancy(P > 0.05). In the 12 weeks, 28 weeks, 36 weeks, and childbirth,the BMI index in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the data between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that nutritional intervention and weight management during pregnancy should be applied to the pregnant women, which to ensure balanced intake of nutrients during pregnancy and control the weight growth rate reasonably can ensure a good pregnancy outcome.
