学校体育践行敬业价值观的使命研究——以学校武术为个案

摘要
学校武术是学校体育的重要组成部分,是弘扬中华民族精神的重要载体,是培育和实践核心价值观的重要阵地。本文采用文献资料、综合分析及逻辑推理等研究方法,以历史学、社会学、教育学的多维角度研究学校武术践行社会主义敬业价值观问题。研究认为,社会主义核心价值观的"敬业"是由既互相区别又互相关联的4部分内容构成的价值体系,践行敬业价值观是学校武术永恒的历史使命,但疏忽敬业价值观的认识及轻视敬业观的教化,是当前学校武术普遍存在重技轻道的问题。学校武术应加强重道的教化,以社会主义敬业价值铸就学校武术的"道",并将敬业价值观与学生的武术学习、训练、比赛等各个环节,对贯彻学校体育实施全民健身计划具有现实指导意义。
School martial arts is an important part of Physical Education, which is a significont carrier to carry forward the spirit of the Chinese nation, and occupied the main position to cultivate and practice the core socialist values. Based on the methods of literature, comprehensive analysis and logical reasoning, this paper studied the value of dedication in school martial arts from multidimensional perspectives of history, sociology and pedagogy. The research held that this dedication of the core socialist values was a system composed of 4 parts, which were different from each other and were interrelated. The perpetual historical mission of school martial arts was to fulfill the values of dedication. However, negligence of understanding and disregard of the cultivation of dedication was the general problem currently. Schools should focus on the educational role of ethics, build the moral of martial arts by the core socialist value of dedication. And the dedicated value and students' martial arts learning, training, competition and other links would have practical guiding significance for carrying out school Physical Education and implementing the national fitness program.
