威伐光联合依托芬那酯凝胶治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察

摘要
目的评价威伐光联合依托芬那酯凝胶治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效。方法 58例带状疱疹后神经痛患者随机分为两组。对照组患处用威伐光照射。实验组患处先涂抹依托芬那酯凝胶后再加用威伐光照射。结果两组患者经过治疗后其VAS评分呈现逐渐递减的趋势,组间比较,实验组患者的下降幅度明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用威伐光照射联合局部应用依托芬那酯凝胶疗效是显著的,值得临床推广和应用。

Conclusion The clinical efficacy of vivastatin combined with topical application of Etofenamate Gel is significant, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
