急倾斜特厚钾盐矿床开采方案选择

摘要
为了改善某急倾斜特厚复杂钾盐矿床开采的机械化程度,提高采场回收率,保证安全、高效生产,采用理论计算、工程实践的方法,提出凿岩爆破房柱法与连续采矿机房柱法2种方案。优化对比结果表明,连续采矿机机械化落矿代替凿岩爆破的方式,机械化程度高,劳动强度低,对围岩破坏程度低,是较为理想的破岩方式;连续采矿机开采工艺与充填工艺相结合,提高了采场资源回收效率;为保证设备的安全运行,通过理论计算得出底柱留设尺寸不小于5 m。连续采矿机开采与充填方案为类似条件的固体钾盐矿床开采提供了技术基础和工程参考。
        In order to improve the mining mechanism degree,improve stope recovery rate and ensure safety and efficient production of steeply inclined extra-thickness potash deposit,based on the theoretical computation and engineering practice method,the two mining methods( chamber and pillar method by drilling blasting and chamber and pillar method by using continuous mining machine) are proposed. The comparison results of them show that instead of drilling blasting method,the mechanized mining method by using continuous mining machine is characterized by high degree of mechanization,low intensity of labor,low degree of destruction of surrounding rock,therefore,it is a ideal mining method; the stope resources recovery rate is improved by combination of mining method by using continuous mining machine and filling method; in order to ensure the safety operation of mining equipment,the theoretical computation results show that the bottom pillar size can not lower than 5 m. The integration scheme based on mining method by using continuous mining machine and filling method can provide technical basis and theoretical reference for the mining of solid potash deposits with the similar conditions of the deposit.
