健康教育对沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的价值研究

摘要
目的探讨健康教育对使用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的影响。方法选择河北省胸科医院2015年1月至2017年12月收治的老年COPD患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。所有患者均采用祛痰、止咳、抗感染、辅助吸氧等常规治疗+沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂雾化吸入治疗,治疗期间,对对照组患者仅进行简单用药示范,对观察组患者针对该粉吸入剂的使用实施健康教育。结果干预后,观察组患者的认知度评分、吸入剂使用正确率、临床总有效率、护理总满意率均明显高于对照组,且肺功能指标、血气状况指标均明显优于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论老年COPD患者采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂雾化吸入治疗时,对其开展针对该药的系统性健康教育,可促使患者掌握该药的正确使用方法,有利于提高疗效和用药安全性。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)treated with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation.Methods Totally 100 elderly patients with COPD admitted to Hebei Chest Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with routine therapy such as expectoration,cough relief,anti-infection and assistant oxygen inhalation,and atomization inhalation of Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation.During the treatment period,the patients in the control group were only given the simple demonstration of medication,while the patients in the observation group were given health education on the use of Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation.Results After intervention,the cognitive score,the correct rate of inhalation use,the total clinical effective rate and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the pulmonary function indexes and blood gas status indexes in the observation were significantly better than those in the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion When the elderly patients with COPD are treated with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation,systematic health education for the drug can help the patients master the use of the drug,which is conducive to improving the efficacy and safety of the drug.
