综合护理干预应用于新生儿黄疸护理中的效果评价

摘要
目的评价综合护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果。方法本次实验研究的对象为我院收治的94例黄疸新生儿,收治的时间在2016年12月至2017年12月,按照其入院时间的不同分为接受综合护理干预的综合组和接受常规护理的对比组,每组有新生儿47例。结果综合组新生儿护理3、5 d后胆红素水平明显优于对比组新生儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对比组新生儿相比综合组新生儿胎便转黄时间、黄疸消退时间均明显较短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于新生儿黄疸的护理过程中,可以显著的缩短胎便转黄时间和黄疸消退时间,改善新生儿护理后的胆红素水平,值得予以广泛的临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in neonatal jaundice nursing. Methods The subjects of this study were 94 neonates with jaundice admitted to our hospital. The time of admission was between December 2016 and December 2017.According to the admission time, they were divided into comprehensive groups receiving comprehensive nursing intervention. In the comparison group with routine care, there were 47 newborns in each group. Results The bilirubin levels in the comprehensive group were significantly better than those in the control group after 3 days and 5 days, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Compared with the newborns in the control group, the neonatal feces turned yellow time. The time to regression of jaundice was significantly shorter, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing process of neonatal jaundice can significantly shorten the time of yellowing of feces and the time of jaundice, and improve the level of bilirubin after neonatal care. It is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
