摘要
通过对温轧后中碳Cr-Mo钢在650℃退火保温不同时间,研究了保温时间对组织演变的影响。结果表明:保温时间越长,铁素体、碳化物长大越明显,当保温4 h时,铁素体平均尺寸为0.897μm。随着保温时间由1 h延长至4h,小角度晶界的相对比例由54.9%减小至50.8%,其织构由旋转立方织构及{111}<112>织构向{100}<490>织构转变。
The influence of annealing at 650 ℃ for different holding time on the microstructure evolution of medium carbon Cr-Mo steel after warm rolling was studied. The results show that, the longer the holding time is, the more obvious the growth of carbides and ferrite is. The average size of ferrite is 0.897 μ m when the heat preservation time is 4 h. The relative ratio of small angle grain boundary decreases from 54.9% to 50.8% with the increase of holding time from 1 h to 4 h, and its texture changes from rotating cube texture and {111} <112> texture to {100} <490> texture.
