摘要
在《食品分析》实践教学中运用课题式教学法,以学生为主体,激发了学生的内部学习机制,提高了学生的自主学习能力,充分发挥了师生的积极因素。促进了学生综合职业能力的形成,对同类课程有推广借鉴意义。
The application of project-based teaching method in practical teaching of food analysis, could place the students in the main body status, inspire the students' intrinsic mechanism, make the students' ability of autonomous learning, give full play to the positive factors of both teachers and students,and promote the formation of students' comprehensive vocational capability. Hence, it has a wide range of reference significance.
