摘要
以具有肉质根的未知白菜材料‘14-16’及芸薹种内其他有/无肉质根的类型为研究对象,利用分子标记探究几类蔬菜特别是具有肉质根的‘14-16’白菜材料与其他芸薹种蔬菜的亲缘关系。UPGMA聚类结果表明:遗传相似系数为0.62时,15份材料分为2类,第1类均为无肉质根类型;‘14-16’与有肉质根的芜菁和薹菜归为第2大类,但亲缘关系有一定距离。普通白菜‘黄渡矮青菜’和大白菜‘北京新三号’也属于第2类,说明芸薹种内肉质根类型材料的遗传组成有一定的相似性,但也存在复杂性。
In this study,the unknown material‘14-16'with fleshy roots and other types of Brassica campestris L.with/without fleshy roots were used as research materials to explore the relationship between these vegetables,especially the ‘14-16' and other vegetables with fleshy root. The results of UPGMA clustering showed that when the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.62,15 materials were divided into two categories,and the first group was no fleshyroot type;‘14-16' is classified as the second group with turnips and Taitsai,they all have fleshy roots.Pakchoi'Huangdu' and Chinese Cabbage‘Beijing New 3'also belong to the second category. The above results indicate that the genetic composition of the fleshy root type materials in the alfalfa species has certain similarities,but there are also complexities.
