重庆高校大学生冬季季节性行为模式问卷调查研究

摘要
重庆作为中国第V类光气候区的典型城市,冬季日照缺乏直接影响大学生在校期间生理心理健康。对重庆地区在校大学生进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)和季节行为模式(SPAQ)问卷调查,结果显示,冬季日照缺乏会降低学生的学习效率,产生抑郁情绪,尤其是来自日照丰富地区的学生,冬季行为特征产生明显变化。
As a typical city in China's class V light climate zone, the lack of sunlight in Chongqing in winter has a direct impact on the physical and mental health of college students. Take the Chongqing as the example, conducted the questionnaire survey on Seasonal Pattern Assessment Questionnaire(SPAQ) and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) of college students, the results showed that the lack of sunlight will affect students' emotion and learning efficiency, especially students from sunny areas, the winter behavior characteristics produced significant changes.
