长距离大下山巷道掘进中机械化普掘设备设施改良研究

摘要
基于机械化普掘设备设施在长距离大下山巷道掘进中的应用特点,分析了长距离大下山机械化普掘巷道快速掘进的一些客观影响因素,介绍了长距离大下山巷道实现快速掘进的施工方法和技术经验,并提出几种设备设施改良方案,通过现场实际运用,取得了良好效果,具有很好的推广使用价值。
Base on the application features of the mechanized conventional heading equipment and facilities in the long distance large dip roadway,the paper analyzed objective influence factors of the mechanized conventional rapid heading in the long distance large dip roadway and introduced the construction method and technical experiences of the rapid heading in the long distance large dip roadway.Several medication plans of the equipment and facilities were provided.With the site actual application,the modification plan achieved excellent effects and had high promotion and application value.
