摘要
以塔山矿8110工作面为研究对象,对大采高综放工作面末采位置的优化展开研究。对关键层中"砌体梁"与"悬臂梁"结构进行分析,对比3种不同末采位置下采场顶板结构回转形态;建立厚煤层整层煤回采关键层力学模型,确定了老顶的稳定条件;结合实际微地震得到的超前支承压力曲线与现场观测数据,确定8110工作面进入实煤区50 m,且进入实煤区后,周期来压步距增大、强度减小,有利于工作面停采,提高回采率,经济安全效益显著。
        Taking 8110 work face of Tashan Mine as the research object, the optimization of the final mining position of the fully mechanized caving working face with large mining height was studied.The structure of "masonry beam" and "cantilever beam" in the key layer was analyzed, and the roof structure of stope under three different positions of final mining was compared.The mechanical model of key seam in thick coal seam was established and the stability condition of old roof was determined.Combined with the actual microseismic pressure curve of the advanced support and field observation data, it was determined that the 8110 work face advanced into the solid coal area 50 m, and after advancing into the solid coal area, the periodic pressure step increased and the intensity decreased, which is conducive to the stoppage of work face, improving the recovery rate, and achieving significant economic and safety benefits.
