摘要
针对掘进机在大倾角上山巷道施工困难,特别是过断层期间施工倾角超过掘进机爬坡能力而产生履带打滑、掘进机失稳等施工难题,研究采用了增加掘进机履带与底板摩擦力、切割头助力、优化切割路线、履带自转牵引跑道的方式,加快了大倾角巷道掘进速度、简化了生产工序、降低了工人的劳动强度,实现了掘进机在大倾角巷道上山施工中的成功应用,为掘进机过断层施工大倾角巷道积累了经验。
        Aiming at the difficult construction condition of heading machine applied in raise with large angle,especially the problems of track slip and unstability,countermeasures were developed and applied including increasing friction between the heading machine track and floor,utilizing assistance of cutting head,optimizing the cutting line and applying caterpillar rotation traction runway,the driving speed was accelerated,working processes simplified and the labor intensity reduced,and the heading machine was applied successfully in large angle raise construction.The study and application of heading machine broke through the slope limit,and accumulated experience for heading machine construction through fault in large angle roadway.
