观察无缝隙护理应用于老年冠心病患者对其心绞痛控制效果、预后的影响情况

摘要
目的 观察无缝隙护理应用于老年冠心病患者对其心绞痛控制效果、预后的影响。方法 选择2017年5月～2018年5月本院收治的冠心病患者80例,患者随机分为两组,对照组给予冠心病一般护理措施,观察组给予无缝隙护理措施,评估两组患者心绞痛控制情况,对比两组患者心血管事件发生率。结果 在心绞痛控制方面,与对照组相比,观察组患者心绞痛控制情况明显更好(P<0.05);在心血管事件发生方面,与对照组相比,观察组患者心血管事件发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论 老年冠心病患者给予无缝隙护理,心绞痛控制水平有明显提高,能够降低心血管事件发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of seamless nursing on angina control and prognosis of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given general nursing measures for coronary heart disease,while the observation group was given seamless nursing measures.The control of angina pectoris in the two groups was evaluated and the incidence of cardiovascular events in the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the control of angina pectoris in the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05),and the incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the control level of angina pectoris and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events, which is worthy of promotion and application
