摘要
刀架是护套线剥线机连接刀具和主传动机构的重要部件之一,为避免护套线剥线机在工作时出现共振及构件强度等问题,建立刀架的动力学控制方程,利用有限元软件对刀架进行静力学和模态分析,得出应力云图及固有频率和振型等参数,为后续进行谐响应分析或者瞬态动力学分析提供理论参考。
Tool carrier holder is one of the important parts of sheath wire stripper which connects tool and main transmission mechanism. In order to avoid resonance and component strength problems of sheath wire stripper when working, the dynamic control equation of tool holder is established. Static and modal analysis of tool holder is carried out by finite element software, and stress nephogram and natural frequency are obtained. Vibration mode and other parameters can provide theoretical reference for subsequent harmonic response analysis or transient dynamic analysis.
