摘要
螺纹联接是地铁车辆常用的设计结构,带力矩的螺栓紧固过程是车辆装配的重要组成部分,对螺栓紧固的装配力矩进行有效实施与控制不仅可以满足车辆装配质量及安全性能的要求,同时对于车辆的运行及维修保养提供了有力保证。文章介绍了轨道车辆力矩紧固的分类和螺栓紧固方法,着重研究了装配生产中常采用的扭矩拧紧法,对操作过程中力矩施加的工具及其校准仪器的精度和使用方法进行了分析,并提出了切实有效的带力矩螺栓紧固的工艺过程控制方法。
        Thread connection is a common design structure of subway vehicles, and the bolt fastening process with torque is an important part of vehicle assembly. The effective implementation and control of the assembly torque of bolt fastening can not only meet the requirements of vehicle assembly quality and safety performance, but also provide a strong guarantee for the operation and maintenance of the vehicle. This paper introduces the classification of torque fastening of rail vehicles and the method of bolt fastening, with emphasis on the torque tightening method which is often used in assembly production, and analyzes the accuracy and application method of torque applied tools and their calibration instruments in the process of operation. An effective process control method for fastening of bolt with torque is put forward.
