摘要
大牛地气田压裂水平井现有配产方法存在定产降压期配产气量远高于临界携液气流量、定压降产期配产气量低于临界携液气流量等问题,导致气井在生产过程中出现产量和压力递减快或井筒积液、水淹,严重影响了产水气井生产效果。考虑水平井有限导流、多段压裂缝间干扰及水平段变质量流特征,建立了压裂水平井气水两相温度、压力和产能耦合预测模型,评价表明,模型预测水平井流入流出生产动态与实际较吻合。以此为基础提出压裂水平井合理动态配产,即下限值取临界携液气流量值,上限值取流入流出曲线法与无阻流量法得到的合理产气量最小值,并给出了DPS-5井合理配产范围为1.76×10~4m~3/d~2.56×10~4m~3/d,对现场生产具有一定指导意义。
        The existing proration method of fractured horizontal wells in Daniudi gasfield had problems,such as proration in the period of fixed production and declined pressure exceeding critical liquid-carrying gas flow rate,which lead to production and pressure rapidly declining,and proration in the period of fixed pressure and declined production below critical liquid-carrying gas flow rate,which couldn't reach the liquid-carrying potential and affected production results seriously.Therefore,based on the characteristics of finite conductivity,interference among multiple fractures and variable mass flow in horizontal wells,a new predicted coupling model of fractured horizontal wells was proposed to study the performance of gas and water temperature,pressure and production.The computational program showed that the predicted result of the gas inflow and outflow performance was excellently consistent with the practical example.Based on the new method,the rational dynamic proration of fracturing horizontal wells in Daniudi gasfield are proposed,which the lower limiting value was proposed to take critical liquid-carrying gas flow rate,and the upper limit value to take minimum value from the gas inflow and outflow curve and open flow potential method.Also it gave out the proration range 1.76×10~4m~3/d~2.56×10~4m~3/d of DPS-5 well,which played a guiding role in the actual production.
