摘要
目的探讨杭州汉族人群人类白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen,HLA)DQA1、DQB1基因多态性与弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)感染的关联性。方法采用病例-对照配对研究及聚合酶链式反应序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)分型技术,对43例弓形虫感染者以及43例对照组进行HLA-DQA1、HLA-DQB1等位基因分型,并进行基因频率、疾病发生相对危险率(OR)分析。结果与对照组相比,弓形虫感染组HLA-DQA1*0302、HLA-DQB1*0301基因表现频率均显著增高(Pc<0.05);而HLA-DQB1*0504基因表现频率则显著降低(Pc<0.05)。结论 HLA-DQA1*0302、HLA-DQB1*0301等位基因与杭州地区汉族人群的弓形虫易感性相关;HLA-DQB1*0504基因频率可能与弓形虫感染的抵抗性相关联。
        Objective To investigate the association of human leukocytes antigen(HLA)-DQA1, DQB1 with Toxoplasma gondii in Hangzhou. Methods HLA-DQA1 and DQB1 genotyping of 43 cases with Toxoplasma gondii infection and 43 normal controls were performed by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP) method. Gene frequency and disease relative risk(OR) analysis were performed. Results The frequency of HLA-DQA1*0302 and HLA-DQB1*0301 alleles were significantly higher in Toxoplasma gondii infective group than those in normal controls(Pc<0.05). However, the frequency of HLA-DQB1*0504 was significantly decreased in Toxoplasma gondii infective group than that in normal controls(Pc<0.05). Conclusion HLA-DQA1*0302 and HLA-DQB1*0301 are associated with susceptibility to Toxoplasma gondii in Hangzhou. HLA-DQB1*0504 may be associated with the resistance of Toxoplasma gondii.
