柳州市43家医院病案科室现状调查

摘要
目的为了解柳州市辖区内各级医院病案信息管理现状,加强病案科室建设,提升病案信息管理水平提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查柳州市43家各级医院病案科(室)的人员设施配置、管理现况,运用描述性统计方法进行分析。结果 43家医院病案科(室)平均编制床位与病案管理人员配备比例107.49:1,独立病案科只占总体的9.3%。三级医院病案管理人员以大学本科及以上学历为主,为56.96%,二级医院、一级医院则以大专学历为主,分别为62.20%、66.67%;职称上各级医院病案管理人员均以中级职称为主。设备配备、库房面积三级医院优于二级医院,一级医院稍次。各级医院均承担医院编码、归档、病案储存的工作,开展了不同程度的教育培训工作。结论柳州市二级以下医院病案科室仍存在人员紧缺、学历职称偏低、工作不能专职安排、设备设施不足等问题,需要进一步从人才培养、设施完善、管理改进等方面提升以满足现代医院管理对病案工作更高的要求。
Objective To provide a scientific basis for understanding the current situation of medical information management in hospitals in Liuzhou City, strengthening the construction of medical records and improving the information management level. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate the staffing configuration and management status of the medical record departments of hospitals in Liuzhou City, and descriptive statistical methods were used for analysis. Results The average number of beds vs disease management staff in the 43 hospitals(patients) was 107.49:1, and the independent medical record departments only accounted for 9.30% of the total.The medical records management personnel of the tertiary hospitals are mainly undergraduate and above, which is56.96%. The secondary hospitals and the first-level hospitals are mainly college graduates, which are 62.20% and66.67% respectively. Called the middle level as the main. The three-level hospitals with equipment and warehouse area are superior to the second-class hospitals, and the first-level hospitals are slightly. Hospitals at all levels are responsible for hospital coding, archiving, and medical record storage, and have carried out different levels of education and training. Conclusion There are still shortages in the department of the second-level hospitals in Liuzhou City, such as shortage of staff, low academic qualifications, lacking of full-time work arrangements, and inadequate equipment and facilities. Due to objective reasons, the medical records departments have not been established extensively and independently now, which requires further training from personnel and facilities,improve management and other aspects to meet higher requirements of modern hospital management.
