摘要
非金属材料在我公司的产品中应用较为广泛,其表面粗糙度是一项重要的测量参数。非金属材料的产品形状各异,硬度也各不相同,与传统金属材料差别较大,目前传统的检测方法已不适用,需要对其检测方法进行研究。本文以三种典型材料为研究对象,对其表面粗糙度检测方法进行研究,探索出其最佳检测方法,并为其他非金属材料的表面粗糙度检测提供检测依据。
Non-metallic materials are widely used in our products, and their surface roughness is an important measurement parameter. The products of non-metallic materials have different shapes and hardness, which are different from tradition metal materials. Currently, the traditional detection methods need to be studied. In this paper, three typical non-metallic materials were used as the research objects to study its surface roughness detection method. It provides a basis for the detection of surface roughness of other non-metallic materials.
