共用实验室与设备专管共用管理模式的构建与研究

摘要
共用实验室及设备仪器的管理一直是检测实验室运行管理的重要组成部分,也是检测实验室高质量、高效率运行的难点,它直接决定着检测实验室管理水平的高低。从共用实验室和共用设备仪器的管理模式的构建入手,通过案例解析的方式,阐述了满足现有ISO 17025:2017实验室管理体系下的专管共用、开放共享等管理模式的探索和实践,最后提出了若干共用实验室和共用设备仪器的开放式管理流程和信息化管理思路。
The management of the shared laboratory and the shared equipment and instruments has always been an important part of the operation management of the laboratory.It is also the difficulty of high quality and high efficiency operation of testing laboratory.It directly determines the level of laboratory management.This paper starts from the construction of the management mode of the Shared laboratory and the Shared equipment and instruments.Through case analysis, this paper describes the special management and common use management mode in the existing ISO 17025-2017 laboratory management system.Finally, this paper proposed several open management processes and informatization management ideas of shared laboratories and equipment and instruments.
