摘要
详细介绍了增湿型、喷淋蒸发、表面蒸发、逆流复合型、顺流复合型6类湿式空气冷却器的工作原理、结构组成特点,分析了各种湿式空气冷却器适用的工况,总结了目前市场上常见的湿式空气冷却器设计、制造、安装和使用的要求及注意事项。湿式空气冷却器是干式空气冷却器的一种补充形式,通过降低空气侧入口温度,解决了干式空气冷却器在夏季高温天气下换热效果变差、运行经济性和安全性降低等应用限制,可为湿式空气冷却器的选型提供依据和参考。
        The working principle and structural characteristics of the humidification type,spray evaporation,surface evaporation,countercurrent complex type,downstream complex 6-type wet air coolers were introduced in details.The applicable working conditions of various wet air coolers,as well as the requirements and precautions for the designing,manufacturing,installation and application of wet air coolers were summarized.The wet air cooler as a substitution for the dry air cooler,enriches the application ranges of the dry air cooler in the high temperature weather in summer by reducing the air side inlet temperature,with advantageous operation economy and safety.
