摘要
结合凯勒的ARCS动机理论,以三所高校开展实施的SYB创业培训为例,在培训中嵌入"课程结业典礼"仪式,以此引发学员的兴趣注意,结合课程内容建立关联,提供多方协助构建学员参与信心,强化课程反馈增强学员满足感,为提升大学生创业培训质量提供一个可供参考的视角。
College students' entrepreneurship training is of great significance in promoting the employment of college students. As a combination of American scholar Prof Keller's ARCS Motivation Theory with the implementation of SYB training in three colleges including Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic College, Guangzhou Academy of fine arts, Xinghai Conservatory of Music, the ARCS Motivation Theory has successfully aroused students interests to participate in series of employment-related practices. Their confidence in course feedback has been obviously strengthened and their sense of satisfaction enhanced. Meanwhile, college students' entrepreneurship training has provide a completely new perspective for reference as well.
