摘要
高职院校教师发展中心的运行水平与业绩深受中心组织的精神文化、行为文化、制度文化的影响,清晰、合理、励志的共同愿景、使命和核心价值观是中心精神文化的信念支撑;"项目负责式"工作模式和"互助分享式"成长模式是中心行为文化的力量支撑;"公益参与化"自愿政策和"院系支持化"保障政策是中心制度文化的物质支撑。
The running level and performance of the teacher development center in higher vocational colleges are deeply influenced by the spiritual culture, behavior culture and system culture of the center organization. The common vision is clear, reasonable and inspirational. Mission and core values are the spiritual support of the central culture. The"project-responsible"work model and the "mutual-sharing"growth model are the support of the central behavior culture; the"public participation"; voluntary policy and the"department support"guarantee policy are the material support of the central system culture.
