摘要
目的:介绍根及根茎类药材商品规格等级标准制订的方法及依据。方法:以黄芪、丹参等6种根及根茎类药材为例,对其商品规格等级划分进行介绍,总结出该类药材商品规格等级划分的主要依据。结果:介绍了黄芪、丹参、天麻、远志、甘草、当归6种根及根茎类药材商品规格等级标准,并总结了根及根茎类药材商品规格等级划分依据。结论:根及根茎类药材主要依据其基原、产地、药用部位、采收期、野生程度、加工方法等划分规格,依据外观大小(包括直径、长度、个数/kg)划分等级。
        Objective:This paper introduces the methods and basis for revising standards of commercial grades for Chinese material medica of radix and rhizoma Chinese materia medica.Methods:Taking six kinds of radix and rhizoma Chinese materia medica such as Astragali Radix and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma et al as examples,the classification of commercial grade was introduced,and the main basis for the classification of commercial grades of these Chinese materia medica was summarized.Results:The standards of commercial grades for Chinese materia medica of Astragali Radix,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Polygalae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix six radix and rhizoma were introduced,and the basis for classification of radix and rhizoma Chinese materia medica was summarized.Conclusion:Radix and rhizoma are mainly classified according to their base resource,region,medicinal parts,harvesting period,wild degree,processing method,etc.,according to the size of the appearance(including diameter,length,number/kg).
