摘要

导游与游客关系的对立与紧张,直接导致旅游行业发展环境的不和谐。但事实上,二者的关系是对立统一的一个矛盾体。面对当前旅游的这个突出问题或老大难问题,可以运用旅游哲学原理,抓住主要矛盾,辩证思维,通过旅游业各相关部门的共同努力,调适导游与游客关系,将矛盾进行有效地化解。
        The tension and opposition between tour guides and tourists directly leads to the disorder in tourism development.In fact,the relationship between the two is a dialectical contradiction.Faced with this problem,we can use tourism philosophy to grasp the principle contradictions with dialectical thinking,and tourism authorities should make consistent efforts to adjust their relationship and resolve the contradiction effectively.
