群众路线在高校辅导员工作中的实践之思考

摘要
群众路线是毛泽东思想的灵魂之一,也是中国共产党的三大法宝之一。新形势下,坚持群众路线是做好高校辅导员工作的重要保证。高校辅导员应通过强化服务意识,创新工作思路;尊重学生的主体地位,充分调动学生的积极性;掌握学生的流行话语,贴近学生;虚心向学生学习,提升自我等四个方面在工作中自觉践行群众路线,切实发挥高校辅导员的思想政治教育功能。
The mass line,as the essence of Maoism,is also one of the three magic weapons of our party,which is an important guarantee of college counselors' effective work under the new circumstance. College counselors should practice the mass line consciously in four aspects as to play their function well in ideological and political education,namely,strengthening the sense of service by innovating working concept; respecting students' subject status to fully mobilize their enthusiasm; grasping students' popular words to get closed to them and learning from the students to enhance themselves.
