当前我国开放大学建设的新内涵和新策略

摘要
新时代下,我国开放大学进入了系统建设时期,必须要不断明确其新的建设内涵,积极落实国家对开放大学的办学定位要求。但就现实而言,开放大学的内涵式发展,在治理架构和治理机制、办学规范和质量标准、衔接性和融通性学习制度的建设以及应对在线教育竞争等方面依然存在问题。开放大学建设必须要构建新型的组织架构和治理机制、构建"适需有效"的教学模式与学习方式、健全办学规范和质量标准、加大师资队伍建设力度,以及构建融通性与衔接性良好的终身学习制度。
With the advent of the new era, China's open universities have entered the period of system construction. They must constantly clarify their construction connotations, refocus, refine and re-sublimate their connotations, and actively implement the national policy requirements for the opening of universities. However, in reality, to achieve the new connotation of open university construction, there are still problems in governance structure and governance mechanism, school norms and quality standards and cohesiveness and accommodation learning systems dealing with online education competition. The current open university construction must build a new organizational structure and governance mechanism, complete a "suitable and effective" teaching model and learning style, improve school norms and quality standards, plus the construction of masters and the construction of facilities and convergence Sexual lifelong learning system.
